Staten Island Mission Critical Function Assessment Trainers and Surveyors

Staten Island's residents and neighborhoods are vulnerable in many ways folloowing Superstorm Sandy.  The susceptibility to flooding and high rate of foreclosures in Staten Island is just two indicators.  The Staten Island Resilience Network is seeking Staten Island residents and other trainers and educators to survey conditions of vulnerability in high risk neighborhoods within Staten Island.
