Coping with Cold Weather Educators Needed in Staten Island

Staten Island has many residents that are not prepared for or coping well with the extreme low temperature winder conditions.  The Staten Island Resilience Network is seeking Staten Island residents and other trainers and educators to help all Staten Island residents live comfortably through winter conditions of 2014.
